GENERAL
1. How many items are usually needed for a back-to-school outfit?
To allow you to have an easy rotation for maintenance, we recommend a minimum of five (5) tops (polo, shirt, t-shirt, cardigan), one or two (1-2) warmer tops, three (3) bottoms (pants, skirt, Bermuda shorts) and one (1-2) physical education kit. Please note that Uniformes HFM does not provide physical education clothing to all of its schools. If you do not see sportswear in your collection, this means that you must obtain it directly from the school.

2. What is the suggested care for my school uniform?
The garments can be machine washed and laid flat to dry. Generally, you should anticipate a possible shrinkage of up to 2% in length for cotton garments.
3. Can I buy extra clothes during the school year?
Yes. You can purchase clothing throughout the year, depending on available inventory. You can shop at your local HFM store or order online. You can also place an order at a Souris Mini store near you. Several options are available!
4. How can I view my school's clothing collection items and get prices?
You must create your online account to view your collection in detail. To create your account, go to the " Register " tab at the top right of the page. You will need a specific access code for your registration. This can be found in the documentation provided by your school in the spring. Otherwise, you can contact our customer service to obtain it.

5. Do you offer trouser hemming service?
No. However, the edge of twill pants is already done. For gabardine pants, you must first wash them before making any alterations.
6. What are your exchange and return policies?

7. If I need additional information, who should I call?
Contact our customer service. There's no need to call the school, as our team is best equipped to answer your questions. We'll be happy to access your file to assist you and answer your questions. ORDERING AND ONLINE STORE
1. I don't have my school's access codes to create an account. What should I do?
Each school has its own access code. You can find it in the documentation provided by your school in the spring. Otherwise, you can contact our customer service department to obtain it (email, phone).

2. Can I add more than one school to the same online account?
Yes. You must contact our customer service. We will add the second school to your existing account.
3. How do I place an order for my child's school uniforms?
Our online store is the most efficient option! You have access to all the necessary information on our clothing thanks to our product sheets (photo, composition, care, size chart). We invite you to consult our " Size Guide " tab on our website for more information on measuring your child. To order, click on the " Log in " or " Register " tab and follow the instructions.
4. How do I order online if I don't have a credit card?
We encourage you to purchase a prepaid credit card from pharmacies, grocery stores, convenience stores, or large retailers. You can use it to make online purchases.
5. What are the delivery options during the school year?
Delivery options during the school year include home delivery for a fee of $9.00, school delivery for a fee of $2.00, and delivery to an HFM or Souris Mini store of your choice at no charge. For more information, please visit our "Customer Service" tab on our website.
6. What is the processing and delivery time for my order?
During the school year (September to June), processing time is usually 3 to 5 business days. Delivery to home, school, or in-store orders takes 5 to 10 business days. For more information, please visit the " Customer Service " tab on our website.
