EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Refunds and exchanges are free by mail or at the store.

Please refer to the shipping policy tab below to learn about the applicable conditions and find the stores that offer exchange and refund services.

Submit your request to info@uniformeshfm.com , including the order number and the items to be returned.

Consult the purchasing guide provided by your school at any time.

NEW CUSTOMERS – IMPORTANT!

You must have your access code, which was provided by your school, on hand. A communication was sent to you earlier by your educational institution.

DELIVERY POLICY

Your school uniforms are delivered throughout the year. If we are waiting for a last item and this delays your delivery, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Please note that during the summer period, delivery times may extend up to 15 working days due to the volume of orders to be processed.

Home delivery: $9.00

A fixed shipping and handling fee of $9.00 applies to all orders delivered to your home. Delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. By the time your order is shipped, Canada Post will send you a follow-up email.

Delivery to school: $2.00
Shipping and handling fees of $2.00 apply to all orders delivered to your school. The delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may extend during the summer period. No deliveries are made to schools during the summer season.


Delivery to Souris Mini or HFM store: free of charge
Shipping and handling are free for any order delivered to a Souris Mini store of your choice. Delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may be longer during the summer months. You will receive a call from your Souris Mini store when your order arrives in-store.

 

MULTIPLE SHIPPING
For an online order requiring multiple packages, shipping and handling fees will only be charged for the first package shipped.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER


If you wish to cancel or modify your order after the transaction is completed, you must contact us as soon as possible, either by email at info@uniformeshfm.com or by phone at 1 800 611-1012 #371. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please see our exchange and return policy for more information.

CARRIER
Home delivery is handled by Canada Post . Canada Post will leave a package at the nearest post office if no one is home at the address provided when ordering. In this case, a "Delivery Notice" card will be left at the door, providing you with the necessary information to retrieve your package. No signature is required upon delivery, but a valid photo ID is required to pick up your package at the post office.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN IN HFM STORE
You can exchange or return your school uniforms within 60 days of the purchase date, for items purchased in-store or online. Exchanges or refunds can be made at your local HFM store. Merchandise must be in its original condition—unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. You must present your original receipt to the store staff.

When issuing a refund, we will credit the amount to the same payment method used for the original online order. The credited amount excludes shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes, if any, included in the cost of the original online order. These costs remain the customer's responsibility.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURN IN STORE SOURIS MINI
You can exchange or return items purchased in-store or online within 60 days of the purchase date. Exchanges or refunds can be made at one of the following Souris Mini stores:

  • Souris Mini des Galeries de la Capitale
  • Souris Mini de Place de la Cité
  • Souris Mini du Dix30
  • Souris Mini du Carrefour de l'Estrie
  • Souris Mini des Promenades Saint-Bruno
  • Souris Mini de Place du Royaume
  • Souris Mini des Promenades Gatineau

Merchandise must be in its original condition, i.e., unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with its price tag and in its original packaging. You must present your original receipt to the store staff.

When exchanging, please note that Souris Mini does not have HFM inventory in store. You must therefore order your desired items and select in-store delivery.

SOURIS MINI STORE DEPOSIT
You can drop off your school uniform order within 60 days, without an appointment, during the opening hours of a Souris Mini store of your choice. It will then be transferred to Uniformes HFM customer service for your refund.

We'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days of receiving your package. You'll receive a confirmation email. You'll see the refund on your credit card statement within 3 to 5 business days.

FINAL SALE
Any item reduced by 50% or more is considered a final sale; no exchanges or refunds are permitted. Any item already reduced by less than 50% and subject to an additional percentage discount is exchangeable only.

DEFECTIVE ITEM
A defective item purchased in store or online will be exchanged within thirty (30) days after the date of purchase.

EXCEPTIONS
For hygiene reasons, stockings and tights cannot be exchanged or refunded if the package has been previously opened.

ONLINE PURCHASE CONDITIONS

PAYPAL INTERNET PAYMENT SOLUTION
During the payment process, you will be redirected to PayPal's online payment solution service directly on the secure PayPal website. You can then pay using your PayPal account, credit card, Visa/MasterCard debit card, or create a PayPal account. The payment will then be pre-authorized on the secure PayPal website.

Please be assured that we do not have access to or store any computer data relating to any banking transaction. The only information is the result of the transaction.

Please note that when a user creates a duly registered Paypal account for the first time, the banking solution may not authorize the payment immediately. A delay of ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days may be necessary. This situation creates an additional delay in processing your order. It will be shipped only when Paypal allows us to finalize the payment. In the event that some or all products in an online order are unavailable, we will deduct the amount from the value of the unavailable products before proceeding with the final authorization of the payment. If this is the case, you will receive a call or email from customer service to notify you.

CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
HFM respects your right to privacy and confidentiality of personal information.

 

OUT OF STOCK

We work tirelessly to offer choice and diversity in the selection of available clothing. However, it may happen, exceptionally, that certain models are out of stock. In this case, the order may be canceled or an item may not be delivered. Only the items present will be billed and deducted from your pre-authorized payment. We also invite you to contact customer service to learn more about the availability of your item at 1 800 611-1012 #371.

 

HFM WARRANTY - MANUFACTURING DEFECT

School uniforms are worn and washed more frequently, which is why HFM is committed to providing quality clothing made to the highest industry standards. Should you still detect an anomaly with an HFM product, please contact customer service.

We offer a warranty on manufacturing defects in clothing. Repairs are free of charge within one (1) year of purchase (loose seams, broken clasps). Any other damage is not covered by our warranty. Fees may apply for any other repairs or for repairs beyond the warranty period (1 year).
